He specialises in international mergers and acquisitions and aviation law.Mr Christodoulou is able to advise on all aspects of South African and English company law and has published numerous articles on commercial law and aviation matters, including aircraft financing, the aircraft pilot’s legal responsibilities and corporate ownership of business jets. He is the founder of the South African legal magazine “Without Prejudice”

Mr.Mavrikis has been an admitted attorney for 15 years having represented both individuals and corporations in civil and criminal proceedings. He also advises clients on all aspects of commercial law and has extensive experience in banking law, having represented one of the largest micro lending organizations in South Africa.

Mr Protulis began his career as a Candidate Attorney at Christodoulou & Mavrikis Inc. in 2005. Upon qualifying in 2007, Mr Protulis moved to London to pursue his legal career in the United Kingdom. During his time overseas, Mr Protulis undertook the Qualified Lawyers Transfer Test and was admitted as a Solicitor in 2009 and worked for renowned international law firms where he was involved in all aspects of regulatory and legal compliance issues.
He specialises in Commercial Litigation, Regulatory and Compliance issues and Franchise Law.
